• Saturday, May 14th 9am-1pm - at the Soccer Fields
• Wednesday June 8th  5:30pm-8pm - Hebron Public Library                                               
• Wednesday June 15th 5:30pm-8pm (last day to sign up) - at the Soccer Fields

What to Bring:
Every new player needs to bring birth certificate (we will return same day)
Rec soccer ages 3-14 and travel ages 8-14 – Need to be 3 by Aug 1,2015
 
Cost:
1st child is $60.  
Additional children in the SAME household: 2nd child $50, 3rd child $40, additional children $20 each
$35 for travel –U10, U12, U14
$25 if need travel jersey

*Credit card payments will have a 2.75% fee added to the total as a processing fee.
